Together we shall research and analyse the best ways to optimize your investments and to maximise your profitability, guiding you towards the most competitive current tax reductions (variable bank loans, creation of a property limited company, the option to provide professional furnished rentals, etc …)

Your rent is settled monthly, via safe transfer payments, and a monthly report will allow you to keep up to date with your account.

Our management team's principal missions:
  • Recuperation of household waste disposal fees, property rates, VAT (commercial lease)
  • Regularization of annual rental service charges
  • Annual re-evaluation, based on the Rent revision index (IRL)
  • Invoicing, collection and receipt of rental income
  • Collection of rent, provision for expenses, household waste disposal fees
  • Drawing up of pre-inventory of premises, engaging a sworn bailiff
  • Drawing up of the rental contract, of the natural and technological risk situation
  • For an SCI (Private Property Limited Company), calculation and payment of CRL (Rental Income Tax)
  • Verification and payment of condominium charges
  • Payment of bills and property tax
  • Drawing up of IRPP (income tax) and/or ISF (solidarity tax on capital) declarations
  • Drawing up and payment of VAT returns
